I will be exhibiting during The Coromandel Arts Tour at Thames Gallery on the 19th, 20th, 21th, 26th and 27th April.
Three other artists (2 acrylic painters and 1 potter) will display they beautiful art at Thames Gallery : Carolyn Galbraith (acrylic painter) , Paul Heffernan (potter) and Jim Neilson in full kilt (acrylic painter) . Paul Heff is a wonderful potter. He hand-makes the weird wonderful and whacky characters that inhabit his ceramic worlds.
The Coromandel Artstour is a self guided open studio event that takes you to the creative spaces of Coromandel's many artists and artisans. Explore the inspiring and eclectic creative side of Coromandel town, meet the artists, see the process and discover fresh new work as it is created. For two weekends in April (Easter weekend and the following weekend), Coromandel's artists open their studio doors and welcome you in. It's also a great way to purchase direct from the creators.
The Coromandel Artstour originated in 2006 was initiated by The Coromandel Artists Express Trust with a vision to encourage the participation in, and appreciation of, arts in the Coromandel.
2016 will see the 10th round of the Coromandel Artstour, so please lock these date into your diary: April 9/10 + April 16/17.
